Majia specializes in Generatology. Generatology is the study of ethical, pro-social innovation, adaptability and self-authorship capacities that are innate to our biology.
There is an intelligence of life that moves through us. This living intelligence (LI) is a creative intelligence. It is driven towards evolution and furthering the order and complexity of life itself. To do this, LI nudges us (and sometimes demands us) to work through unhealthy cultural, archetypal and family of origin blocks and impingements that are in the way of restoring more creative fire and thus evolved health to the system.
As such, Majia's work is about offering and pioneering tools and processes that help lift the lid to this living, and creative signal. In doing so, in ways clients can better adapt through immense adversity and complexity, individually and collectively.
Carl Jung once said, "Creativity is instinct."
Majia works as a coach, facilitator and consultant for leaders, entrepreneurs, teams, organizations, along with moms, dads, couples and families.
Profound, transformative retooling is truly possible. In fact, in today's uncertain times, perhaps this innovative potential that is within us all is more and more becoming as essential as breathe.

Majia has a depth and breadth of understanding related to complex PTSD, attachment-based trauma, sexual and cultural trauma. She draws on ideas from western, eastern and decolonizing psychology theories.
For hobbies, Majia practices yoga and combative play arts and sports, such as Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. She has discovered that for herself, combative play is a pathway to enter into a liminal space. The liminal is an uncertain transitionary zone between an old way of being and a new way of being. Playful activities that engage the liminal are vital to a creative and emergent life.
In addition, Majia is profoundly inspired by mother nature. She looks to mother nature as a role model for her work. Mother nature is the most pioneering, adaptive divine feminine around. She is both profoundly nurturing and at times, downright terrifying. Her ability to straddle these to opposite forces gives her mystery and creativity. Consider the diversity, complexity and brilliance of what she has created on this planet. It's mind boggling and humbling. She is also within us. We have that brilliance and creative, adaptive instinct with us.
